Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I was delighted with my stay at this hotel. The rooms exceeded our expectations with updated amenities, although we had to be moved due to maintenance issues. The service was impeccable, especially Marcella in group sales who was incredibly accommodating. The location is perfect, situated in a very nice area only about 15 minutes from the KC airport. The dining experience lacked breakfast options, but the grilled sandwiches were a nice touch.
Upon arrival, there was a slight strange smell in the room, but the comfortable bed and pillows made up for it. The spacious room offered an amazing view of Briarcliff Village up on the hill, especially beautiful when lit up at night. The cleanliness was top-notch, which was a big plus.
I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, making my visit very comfortable. The service was friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. The location was convenient to places I wanted to visit, despite some nearby road construction. The dining options were good, although a bit pricey with no breakfast included. Overall, a good value for money.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a stunning view of Briarcliff Village at night. The service was friendly and accommodating, although I had to fetch towels myself. The location was convenient, close to the places we wanted to visit and surrounded by great shops and restaurants. The dining options were decent with a tasty and filling experience. Overall, a great value for money with a few minor inconveniences.
My stay at the hotel was quite relaxing overall. The room had a comfortable bed and pillows, was clean and comfy, but unfortunately smelled like smoke. The service was a bit mixed with helpful and kind staff, along with some unfriendly encounters. The location was convenient, just outside the power and light district in a very safe part of town. The dining experience was tasty and filling, particularly with indulgent pastries, but Starbucks in the lobby was a nice touch. The facilities were satisfactory, offering dry cleaning and laundry services.

The location was convenient, just outside the power and light district in a very safe and nice part of town, close to the Kansas City Zoo. The dining was tasty and filling with Starbucks in the lobby for breakfast. The facilities were top-notch and well-maintained.
